Scope of work performed:

Convert from natural gas Caterpillar G3306NA engine driver to 200 HP electric motor (VFD) driven configuration
Overhaul Ariel JGQ-2 natural gas compressor
Reconfigure compressor cylinders and convert from 2 to 3 stage during refurb
Add interstage scrubber, modify piping and change all cooler sections to accommodate revised performance
Change all dumps, dump controllers & end devices
Paint and test run prior to shipping

Caterpillar G3408TA / Ariel JGA-4

Scope of work performed:

Overhaul Caterpillar G3408TA engine
Install new AFR & ignition system, as well as upgrade panel board
Overhaul Ariel JGA-4 natural gas compressor
Reconfigure compressor frame & cylinders and convert from 4 to 3 stage during refurb
Modify piping and retube all cooler sections to accommodate revised performance
Change all dumps, dump controllers & end devices
Paint and test run prior to shipping

Overhaul Arrow A54 (VRG330) engine
Retube 108" natural gas cooler
Change all fan shaft bearings & belts
Install new solar panel, battery and mounting pole
Change all PRV's, pressure regulators, etc.
Change all dumps, dump controllers & end devices
Paint and test run prior to shipping

Design & build custom, cold-weather enclosure around skid
Paint and test run prior to shipping.

Modify piping to accommodate cylinder & cooler swaps

100 MMCFD Natural Gas Cooler

Scope of work performed:

Change both 25 HP electric drive motors for fans
Install new conduit and rewire motors
Install all new fan shaft bearings
Cut out and replace all metal eaten up with rust
Replace fan hubs and hardware
Retube all cooler sections
Change all belts and end devices.
Paint and test run prior to shipping.
